Purchases
- Stripe processes payments for all of our products.
- A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time through Stripe's customer portal or by contacting us.
- Refunds follow each product's terms.
What you agree to
- Comply with laws - You will not use our software for purposes such as supporting oppression, terrorism, or other harmful activities.
- Accept limitations of liability - You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EnduraByte LLC from any claims arising from your use of our software. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Arbitration - You waive your right to a court trial in favor of arbitration through a legal entity or process of our choosing.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States.
